Emily Dawn Tornes and Corey Joseph Schilling announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Richard and Melissa Tornes of Lowell, and the granddaughter of David and Ruth Erb, Larry and Sandra Harris, and Charles Tornes. She is a 2013 graduate of Fort Frye High School and received her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Marietta College in 2017. She will be teaching third grade at Caldwell Elementary in the fall.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Jeff and Carma Schilling of Beverly, and the grandson of Charles and Lillian Schilling and Roger and Bonnie Hendershot. He is a 2012 graduate of Fort Frye High School and received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College in 2016. He is currently employed at Eclipse Resources.
They will be married on July 1, 2017, at Saint Bernard’s Catholic Church in Beverly, before their family, friends, and loved ones. Reception to follow at the church hall.
