Ashley Nicole McCreery and Jeremy Ken West were married June 30, 2012, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Marietta. The double ring ceremony was performed by Monsignor John Michael Campbell.

The bride is the daughter of Frank and Bridget McCreery of New Matamoras. She is the granddaughter of Ron and Cora Matheny of New Matamoras and Mary and the late Frank McCreery Sr. of Lowell.

The bridegroom is the son of Jim and Cheryl West of New Matamoras. He is the grandson of Jerry and Nancy Holpp of Newport and Kenneth and the late Eldine West of New Matamoras.

Presented in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor length silk ball gown adorned with crystals and feathers.

Maid of honor was Jessie Harris. Bridesmaids included Kristie Morris and Abby Potts. Jocey West was the junior bridesmaid and Lillian Renner was the flower girl.

Jimmy West was the best man. Groomsmen included Bryan Oliver and Chad Forshey. Ushers were Riley West, Avery Goff, and Robert Oldfield.

The bride is a graduate of Muskingum University where she majored in early childhood education with a minor in psychology. She is currently employed as a third grade teacher at Newport Elementary in the Frontier Local School District and as the Competitive Dance Director at PACE located in Parkersburg. The bridegroom is currently employed at Cytec Industries Incorporated in Willow Island, W.Va.

A reception was held at the Grand Pointe Reception Center in Vienna, W.Va.

After a honeymoon in Las Vegas and Vail, the newlyweds reside in New Matamoras.
