Kerri K. Owens and Greg P. Buck were married on Oct. 12, 2013, at an outdoor ceremony in Ash Cave at Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Jim Yoak and was attended by the bride and bridegroom’s close family and friends. Music for the ceremony was provided by Mikhaila Nuckolls.
The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Ellen Owens of Parkersburg. She is a 2005 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Charleston, with a degree in chemistry. She is currently a customer service representative with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield WV.
The bridegroom is the son of Betty Peck of Parkersburg and the late Frank Buck. He is a 1987 graduate of Sistersville High School and served over three years in the Air Force. He is currently self-employed as an IT specialist.
The bridal party included Andrea Owens, sister of the bride, Ashley Garvin, and Amanda White. The groomsmen included Wade Thrash and Scott Allen, cousins of the bridegroom.
The ceremony was followed by a dinner and dancing reception at The Olde Dutch Restaurant in Logan, Ohio.
The couple honeymooned at Ash Ridge Cabins in Hocking Hills before returning to their home in Parkersburg.
