Amy Jean Rinard and Chad Bryan Kilburn were united in marriage on June 21 at the Newport United Methodist Church. Pastor Terry Pringle officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Loren and Tammie Rinard of Newport, Ohio. She is the granddaughter of Norma Jean and the late Dale Antill of New Matamoras, the late Denzel and Mabel Rinard, and the great-granddaughter of Franklin Dye of New Matamoras. She is a 2007 graduate of Frontier High School and Washington State Community College, a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, and a 2011 graduate of Salem International University with a master’s degree in educational leadership. She is employed by the Fort Frye Local School District.
The bridegroom is the son of Bryan Kilburn of Lewisville, Ohio and Christine Kilburn of Caldwell, Ohio. He is the grandson of Manifred and Kathy Keylor of Woodsfield, Lillie Keylor of Caldwell, Judy and the late Harold Kilburn of Lewisville. He is a 2007 graduate of Monroe Central High School/Swiss Hills Career Center and a 2009 graduate of Hocking College with an associates degree in heavy equipment management. He is employed by Artco Group International.
Given in marriage by her parents, the bride was escorted by her father. The bride wore a white, strapless, organza gown featuring a fit and flare silhouette accented by Swarovski crystals. She wore a two-tier, tulle, fingertip length veil, diamond accented pearl earrings and bracelet, and carried a bouquet of purple roses.
Lauren Rinard served as the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Kara Dixon, Tiffany Schumacher, and Jennifer Lauer. Justin Allen served as the best man. Groomsmen were Michael Dixon, Tyler Schumacher and Roman Thompson. Leigha Lauer served as the flower girl and Zeke Rinard served as the ring bearer.
A reception followed at the St. Marys Marina. The couple departed to a sparkler send-off, and took a honeymoon trip to Virginia Beach, Va. They now reside in Newport, Ohio.
