Healthy Cooking, 5:30 p.m. Feb. 27 – Heartland will be at the O’Neill with some healthy recipes and some taste samples.
Mandala Coloring, March 6, 5:30 p.m. – Relax and renew your mind with this coloring session. You don’t need to bring anything; pages and colored pencils will be provided.
New — Personal Manicures & Pedicures by Heather: During the winter these will be held on the second Monday of each month, beginning at 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. Heather McCauley comes to us with 30 years’ experience with nail care. Manicure and pedicure appointments will each last 30 minutes, you may schedule one or both–all done in the privacy of our health screening room. Cost is $18 for a manicure and $30 for a pedicure. Gel polish is available for an additional $10. Call to schedule an appointment time. Appointment times begin at 9 a.m.
POUND, beginning on March 15, POUND is coming to O’Neill Center, Wednesdays, 1 p.m. This first class will be free to all. $5 per class or buy a six-class pass for $25 (getting one class free).
Canvas Painting Class – March 14, 6 p.m.- $40 pre-paid will teach you to paint a beautiful spring creation. You will go home tonight with the 11×14 canvas painted original by yourself. All supplies, clean up and refreshments included.

Health South Healthy Living Workshops: 1 p.m. Feb. 23 and March 1. Finding ways to improve our health is a subject that we all have interest in. Improving mind, body and spirit will be the topic for discussion by Health South professionals during these three Healthy Living workshops. Light snacks will be providing for these interactive programs. Register today for one, or all three workshops, and improve your life.
Alzheimer’s Support Group meeting at O’Neill Center, the first Thursday of each month at 2:30 p.m. O’Neill Center Adult Care center ill be open for new clients and with Thursday evening hours they are available until 7 p.m.
Healing a Spouses Grieving Heart: A group discussion on the various issues facing a widow/widower, held on the first Tuesday of each month at 1 to 2:30 p.m.; a support group for the grief of all loses will be held on the fourth Tuesday each month at 3 p.m.

O’Neill Singers: This group of volunteers spread their cheerful voices to all area seniors living homes and practice at the O’Neill Center the first Wed and the last Wed each month. Call for more information on becoming part of this community volunteer group.
Massage Appointments: First, second and third Friday each month. Call for appointment times and reservations.
Line Dance with Donnie: Day classes Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m., $5.
Beginning Sept 8, evening line dance on Thursdays, 6:30 p.m. Beginners, 7:40 p.m. advanced.
Fun & Fit Exercise Class: Geared to seniors 50+, a fun fitness class using bands, weights and low impact aerobics set to lively music. $12 per month, classes Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 11:30 a.m. to noon. Taught by Candi Hall-Cisler, personal trainer.
Zumba classes: Tuesday and Thursday, 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. $25 for six classes. Becky Lightfritz, ZIN Certified Zumba Instructor. Open to the public all ages. Rhythm Moves, Monday 9 a.m. Wednesday 9 a.m. Dance moves to music, 45-minute class- $3 per class or 6 classes for $15.
