¯ A deputy was advised Monday while working at the Washington County Jail that a television set had been destroyed by an inmate. An investigation began in which Russell S. Burkhammer Jr. 44, of 1023 Third St., Marietta, was found to have thrown an object in the direction of the wall mounted television set, which struck the television and broke it. Charges of criminal damaging were filed through Marietta Municipal Court on Burkhammer.

Warrants/Washington County

¯ Jordan L. Bartram, of 1608 Hill St., Apt. D, Belpre, failure to appear for pretrial on a charge of obstructing official business.

¯ Steven L. Mandrell, of 671 Valley Mills Road, Parkersburg, failure to appear for pretrial on a charge of assault.

¯ James C. Rarey, of 407 Congress Road, Belpre, failure to restrain, confine.

¯ Warren C. Ritchie, of 27335 State Route 7, Lot 17, Marietta, disorderly conduct by intoxication.

¯ Elizabeth Ellison, of 4805 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, failure to appear for court hearing.

Arrests/Washington County

The following people were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Corey Enos Singer, 38, of 1042 Hadley Lane, Marietta, was arrested Wednesday for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Michael Lee Littleton, 52, of 1205 Ninth St., Apt. 409, Vienna, W.Va., on a warrant for probation violation, a misdemeanor. Littleton turned himself in at the Washington County Jail and was processed on Wednesday.

¯ William Howard McBrayer, 31, of 602 ¢ Hillcrest Terrace, Parkersburg, was arrested Wednesday for theft and obstructing official business, both misdemeanors.

¯ Harold Ivan Brown, 40, of 120 Cisler Drive, Marietta, was arrested Thursday for violation of a protection order and domestic violence, both misdemeanors.

¯ Jackie Lee Whicker, III, 22, of 1301 13th St., Parkersburg, was arrested Thursday for theft, a misdemeanor.
