Reports/Washington County

¯ A deputy responded to 1400 Park Ave. on Sunday in reference to a disturbance between two individuals. This case remains under investigation.

¯ Jase D. Leather, employee of New River Electrical, Cloverdale, Va., reported Monday that his work truck was entered while parked in the 19000 block of Ohio 821. Items missing include a hand press, pole set chains, lifting tongs, ratchet cutters and other items. These items are valued at approximately $1,000. This case remains under investigation.

¯ Deputies met with a Muskingum Township resident on March 17 in reference to information regarding the IRS and possible identity theft. This case remains under investigation.

¯ A deputy responded to Reno on Tuesday in reference to a disorderly conduct incident. This case remains under investigation.

Warrants/Washington County

¯ Chad Williams, of 3093 Marwick Road, Columbus; temporary protection order violation.

¯ Danielle S. Kuhens, of 3855 Warren Chapel Road, Marietta; probation violation, original charge possession of drug instruments.

Arrests/Washington County

The following people were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Veronica Angelia Plaugher, 53, of 85 Lang Farm Road, Marietta, was arrested Monday for theft, a misdemeanor.

¯ Brian Russell Mincks, 36, of 750 Ruble Ave., Belpre, was arrested Monday for trafficking in drugs, two counts, operating a motor vehicle with a hidden compartment and probation violation, all felonies.

¯ Justin Ryan Salamonsen, 37, of 63 Maple Circle, Waterford, was arrested Monday for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Erica Jean Wall, 37, of 706 Cisler Drive, Marietta, was arrested Monday for drug possession, a felony, drug instrument possession, disorderly conduct and probation violation, all misdemeanors.

Arrests/Washington County

¯ Michael Paul Johnson, 18, of 860 Walsh Road, Vincent, was arrested Sunday for underage consumption, a misdemeanor.

¯ Austin Bradley Watson, 19, of 10275 State Route 550, Vincent, was arrested Sunday for underage consumption.

¯ Eddie Leroy Bates, 58, of 19517 Barlow St., Detroit, Mich., was arrested Sunday on a warrant for OVI.

¯ Destany Robin Berga, 21, of 270 Ridgewood Drive, Marietta, was arrested Sunday for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ Patrick Corey Jackson, 37, of 2301 Rockland Ave., Belpre, on a warrant for probation violation, a felony. Jackson was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail and processed into the Washington County Jail on Monday.

¯ Terry Travis Riel, 20, of 1123 Swan St., Parkersburg, on warrants for breach of recognizance, both felonies. Riel was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail and processed into the Washington County Jail on Monday.

¯ Kaitlin Nicole Pryor, 22, of 2540 16th Ave., Parkersburg, on a warrant for failure to appear, a felony. Pryor was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail and processed into the Washington County Jail on Monday.
