¯ On Thursday, a deputy picked up a brindle colored Mastiff mixed breed dog found running loose on Market Street in Marietta. The owner of the dog, Brooke Marfield, of 221 Harmar St., has been cited in the past for failing to restrain the dog. This dog had been reported running loose on Sept. 5 and 6 and was picked up by the Humane Officers and returned to its residence. The animal was wearing a current registration tag, registered to Brooke Marfield; it was taken to the Humane Society where it was later claimed by the owner. A summons is being requested for Marfield for failure to restrain.

¯ On Monday, an officer responded to 555 Eyerman Rd., Belpre, to a domestic violence incident. Alicia Connolly and Casey Lehew both reside in the home and have lived there as a couple for the past year. The home appeared to be in disarray with items thrown about and some broken. The couple had been having a disagreement in which Connolly threw a piece of hot pizza at Lehew while he was lying in bed. This was supported by both statements, as well as cheese being on the headboard of the bed. Connolly continued on to a jointly owned computer where she changed Lehew’s passwords as well as smashing the computer. Connolly continued to the garage to retrieve a wrench and struck Lehew on the foot, as well as hitting his personal laptop computer several times breaking the screen. Connolly did have several superficial marks, however a witness living in the home states that Connolly may have done this to herself. The officer placed Alicia Laura Connolly, 29, under arrest for domestic violence and criminal damaging. Connolly was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

¯ David Griffon reported Monday a residence entered at 1308 Williamson Ave., Apt. D, New Matamoras. A refusal to prosecute was signed by the victim.

¯ On Tuesday, a deputy was dispatched to 1666 School House Rd., Little Hocking, to meet with residents there. William and Denise Keel stated that their son, Blake Keel, had been staying with them off and on for the past month. They stated that on Monday evening they were going to bed around 8 p.m. and they advised their son not to be out past that time if he was going to stay at the residence. Denise stated that at approximately 3:30 a.m. Blake called demanding to be let in. The parents discovered their son pounding on the front door. As the Keels were walking to the front door, Blake came around the back of the house and kicked the back door in breaking the door frame. The parents also noted that in the past week Blake has broken items inside the home, threatened his father earlier in the evening with a firearm, and advised his parents that he had drugs in the home. The deputy located drug abuse instruments and they were taken into evidence. A warrant was requested for the arrest of Blake M. Keel, 25, for domestic violence, criminal damaging, drug paraphernalia, and drug abuse instrument possession. A temporary protection order was also requested by the Keels.

¯ Lynn Ann Elkayam, 41, of 114 Knox St., Apt. 11, Marietta, was arrested Friday for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Kyle Scott Flanagan, 32, of 318 Fairview Ln., Marietta, was arrested Friday for misuse of credit card, a misdemeanor.

¯ Quinn Mitchell Tennant, 26, of 5656 DuPont Rd., Parkersburg, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for theft, a misdemeanor.

¯ Richard Anthony Waters, 52, of 107 Sixth St., Beverly, was arrested Saturday for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Todd Alan Oxford, 47, of 790 Highland Park Dr., Akron, was arrested Saturday for OVI, a misdemeanor.

¯ Tanner James Leach, 22, of 205 Deerwalk Circle, Marietta, was arrested Saturday for assault, a misdemeanor.

¯ Tyler Edward Goodwin, 19, of 113 Mitchells Ln., Marietta, was arrested Saturday for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ Joshua Don Martin, 37, of 240 Hillcrest Dr., Marietta, was arrested Sunday for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ Jennifer Dawn Science, age 44, of 149 Sunset Dr., Marietta, was arrested Sunday on warrants for theft and obstructing official business, both misdemeanors, and two warrants for failure to appear, both felonies.

¯ Justin Page Hammaker, 40, of 39 Harvestmoon Park, Linden, Penn., was arrested Monday for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

¯ Patricia Ann Bonar, 40, 1278 Bender Rd., Marietta, was arrested for contempt of court. Bonar was served with a warrant Monday at her residence.

¯ Chad Wayne Williams, 35, 3093 Marwick Rd., Columbus, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and driving under suspension, telephone harassment and domestic violence. Williams was picked up at Camden Clark Hospital on Monday.

¯ Zachary Blain Mackey, 22, 1404 24th St., Vienna, was arrested for probation violation. Mackey was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail on Monday.

¯ Alicia Laura Connolly, 29, 555 Eyerman Rd., Belpre, was arrested Monday for domestic violence and criminal damaging, both misdemeanors.

¯ Tabatha Dawn Cain, 37, 301 Jennison St., Beverly, was arrested Monday for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Kelly Jane Farnsworth, 29, 122 Harmar St., Marietta, was arrested Monday for theft, a misdemeanor.

¯ Michael Andrew Wallace, II, 24, 100 Water St., Lowell, owas arrested Tuesday on a warrant for theft, a felony. Wallace was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail.

¯ Kyle Matthew Williams, 19, 1101 Cisler Ln., Marietta, was arrested Tuesday for child endangering, a felony. Williams was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail.

Reports/Washington County

¯ On Wednesday, a deputy investigated a reported assault at a Marietta business. The case remains under investigation.

¯ Deputies on Thursday investigated a report of a residence on Hanna Road, Marietta, being entered and a number of items taken, including a television, jewelry and an Xbox gaming system. The case remains under investigation.

¯ A deputy responded Thursday to a theft complaint at the Par Mar store, 8600 State Route 339. Lisa Ann Hoffman, age 44, 20 Anvil Road, Waverly, was observed on video shoplifting several items with a total value of $5.17. Hoffman was placed under arrest for theft, drug instrument possession and a warrant for probation violation out of Franklin County. She was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

¯ On Thursday, a deputy responded to a house fire at 102 Randolph Rd., in Reno. The fire was extinguished by the Reno and Fearing Volunteer Fire Departments prior to the deputy’s arrival. It was reported to be accidental, no further action needed.

¯ On Saturday, a deputy was dispatched to the 300 block of Strecker Lane, Devola, to recover a push mower that was left in the middle of the roadway. .
