¯ An investigation by Agents of the Ohio Organized Crimes Investigations Commission, Washington Morgan Noble Major Crimes Task Force, resulted in a search warrant and arrests at 304 Kenwood Ave., Marietta on Tuesday. During the search approximately 4.65 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a schedule II substance was located along with other drug paraphernalia. Matthew Dagnesi, 30, was located in a bedroom along with an infant child. A large quantity of drug paraphernalia, a large quantity of syringes, cash, a drug ledger, digital scales and approximately 0.98 grams of suspected cocaine were also located in close proximity to the infant’s clothing, food and diapers. Syringes were also found stored in reach of the child. Justin R. Schroeder, 36, was located attempting to flush items down the toilet. He was found in possession of approximately 4.35 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 0.42 grams of an unknown white powder and an alcohol swab packaged in a tied plastic bag. Also located was a syringe. Found in Schroeder’s living area was 0 .3 grams of suspected methamphetamine as well as digital scales and drug paraphernalia. Amelia Torres, 27, was located with several juveniles. She admitted she was aware other subjects had been coming to the residence to purchase drugs. Dagnesi was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine in the presence of a juvenile, a second-degree felony, permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony and endangering the welfare of a child, a first-degree misdemeanor. Schroeder was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine in the presence of a juvenile, a second-degree felony and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. Torres was charged with permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a first-degree misdemeanor.

¯ Tara Mangum, of 957 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, reported Tuesday that her husband, Paul A. Mangum Jr., had threatened to harm her. Paul denied making any threats or touching Tara in any manner. Tara reports Paul used his open palms and shoved her, causing her to stumble backwards. A witness to the incident was advised by Paul that he said he did make a threatening remark to Tara. Paul Allen Mangum, Jr., 42, of 957 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, was placed under arrest for domestic violence.

Warrants/Washington County

¯ Keith B. Edwards, of 336 Ferry St., Clarington, for failing to report to probation and failing to make regular fine payments; original charge theft.

¯ Stephen P. Garner, Jr., of 1210 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, for failing to report to an initial probation appointment, failing to pay on restitution and/or fines/costs and failure to show proof of completion of the Drug and Alcohol counseling; original charge theft.

¯ Dustin J. Nesdore, of 13 Olive St., Caldwell, for failure to report to probation and failing to show proof of completion of the Drug and Alcohol counseling; original charge criminal damages.

¯ Jericho L. Pugh, of 25 Watertown Road, Waterford, failing to report to probation and failure to show proof of completion of the Drug and Alcohol counseling; original charge noncompliance with a police officer.

¯ Jeremy H. Ryan, of 638 Hope Hill Road, Parkersburg, for failing to show proof of completion of the Driver Intervention program and failing to make regular fine payments as ordered; original charge OVI.

Arrests/Washington County

The following people were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Jennifer Lynn Goff, 27, of 3545 Plymouth Springmill Road, Shelby, for burglary, and three counts of theft, all felonies, and criminal damaging, a misdemeanor. Goff was picked up in Shelby and processed into the Washington County Jail on Tuesday.

¯ Paul Allen Mangum, Jr., 42, of 957 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, was arrested Tuesday for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ Scott Lee Carpenter, 55, of 415 1/21 Third St., Marietta, was arrested Tuesday for felonious assault and domestic violence, both felonies.

¯ Jayson Alan Beardsley, 37, of 1303 St. Mary’s Avenue, Parkersburg, was arrested Tuesday for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Dalton Matthew Ball, 19, of 571 Swift Road, Waterford, on warrants for burglary, seven counts of theft, and breaking and entering, all felonies. Ball turned himself in at the Washington County Jail and was processed on Tuesday.

¯ Matthew James Dagnesi, 30, of 304 Kenwood St., Marietta, was arrested Wednesday for trafficking in drugs, and permitting drug abuse, both felonies, and endangering children, a misdemeanor.

¯ Amelia Marie Torres, 27, of 304 Kenwood St., Marietta, was arrested Wednesday for permitting drug abuse a felony, and endangering children, a misdemeanor.

¯ Shailyn Nikole Prall, 20, of 611 Reed St., Parkersburg, was arrested Wednesday for drug instrument possession and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

¯ Ashley Jean Robinson, 34, of 240 Rosemar Heights, Parkersburg, was arrested Wednesday for drug instrument possession and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

¯ Justin Ryan Schroeder, 36, of 304 Kenwood St., Marietta, was arrested Wednesday for trafficking in drugs and tampering with evidence, both felonies.
