¯ Nicole Robertson and Tyler Soule reported Saturday a domestic violence incident at 5880 Germantown Road, Liberty Township as Robertson was moving out of her parents’ home. They said Christopher Robertson approached the vehicle after Nicole exited the house and while the windows were down grabbed Soule by the shirt. Soule said Christopher struck him in the face with his fist and then pulled out a black handgun. He then struck Tyler in the head with the firearm and verbally threatened his life repeatedly. Nicole attempted to shield Soule from her father during the altercation and was struck in the face as well. Both victims suffered bloody noses from the incident. Soule advised that Christopher fired a round from the handgun. A witness was able to corroborate the events of the evening and advised that they did hear a gun shot. Soule advised that he did want to pursue a temporary protection order through Marietta Municipal Court. On Sunday, deputies were able to locate Christopher Robertson and he voluntarily made a statement regarding the incident. Due to the circumstances, Christopher Robertson, 43, of 5880 Germantown Road, Lower Salem, was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing and domestic violence.

¯ A deputy responded to Newport Township on Thursday in reference to drug paraphernalia being located outside of a business. Surveillance cameras were not pointed to where the item was located. Photographs were taken and the item was placed into evidence.

¯ A deputy responded to Newport Township on Saturday in regard to a criminal damage and theft report. Interviews were conducted and case is still pending.

¯ A deputy responded to Belpre Township on Saturday in reference to drug paraphernalia being discovered on personal property. Photographs were taken of the items and placed into evidence.

¯ A deputy responded to 1570 Dutton Hill Road, Macksburg, on Sunday for a residential fire. Upon arrival, several units of the Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department were on scene. The structure was fully engulfed and on the ground.There was nothing suspicious in nature.

¯ Lisa M. Bartlett, of 4869 Rainbow Road, Lowell, for theft and receiving stolen property.

¯ Savanna K. Henry, of 532 Fithan Ave., Youngstown, for burglary.

¯ Donald J. Hill, of 857 Southland Cemetery Road, Cutler, for telephone harassment.

¯ Jenna D. Sampe, of 1899 Pike Road, St. Marys, W.Va., for conveyance.

¯ Brandy N. Wartes, of 418 Avery St., Apt. 404, Parkersburg, for probation violation. Original charge was child endangerment.

The following people were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Thomas Alden Statkiewicz, 34, of 812 W. 8th St., Parkersburg, was arrested Friday for failure to appear.

¯ Steven Keith Fordyce, 27, of 67 White Oak Lane, Mineral Wells, W.Va., was arrested Friday for breaking and entering and theft, both felonies.

¯ Michael William Wilson, 49, of 114 Ellsworth Ave., Marietta, was arrested Friday for tampering with evidence and forgery, both felonies.

¯ Mark Matthew Smith, 28, of 114 Ellsworth Ave., Marietta, was arrested Friday for forgery, two counts of drugs possession and trafficking in drugs, all felonies.

¯ Lorna Michelle Baker, 26, of 57 Garage Lane, Waterford, was arrested Friday for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Jeremy Michael Phipps, 38, of 717 Greene St/, Marietta, was arrested Friday for OVI and drug instruments possession, both misdemeanors, and drugs possession and illegal conveyance weapons/items in a detention facility, both felonies.

¯ Mark Lynn Valentine, 45, of 905 13th St., Parkersburg, was arrested Friday for failure to appear, a felony.

¯ Dallas Willey Farnsworth, 44, of 122 Harmar St., Marietta, was arrested Saturday for theft, a misdemeanor.

¯ Sunshine Louise Chapa, 33, of 136 Franklin St., Marietta, was arrested Saturday for theft, fictitious plates, driving under suspension and failure to register, all misdemeanors.

¯ Ryan Cayce Beardsley, 24, of 1107 Colonial Drive, Marietta, was arrested Saturday for theft, a misdemeanor.

¯ Kevin Duane Deem, 41, of 803 Walnut St., Belpre, was arrested Sunday for two counts of domestic violence, both felonies, assault of an unborn child and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

¯ Tabitha Dawn Cain, 37, of 305 Fifth St., Lowell, was arrested Sunday on warrants for breach of recognizance, probation violation and OVI, all misdemeanors.

¯ Christopher A. Robertson, 43, of 5880 Germantown Road, Lower Salem, was arrested Sunday for menacing, domestic violence and assault, all misdemeanors.

¯ Nathan Dean Bomer, 21, of 104 Dunedin Road, Marietta, was arrested Sunday for fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

¯ Daniel Allen Rohr, 23, of 4005 School House Road, Little Hocking, was arrested Monday for one count of drug possession, a felony, one count of drug possession, drug paraphernalia and obeying traffic control device, all misdemeanors.

¯ Ryan Andrew Davis, 35, of 207 Virginia St., Marietta, was arrested Monday for parole violation, a felony.
