Teen Chocolate Party Feb. 2 at Betsey Mills

The Right Path for Washington County will present a free Teen Chocolate Party Dance from 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 2 at the Betsey Mills Club, Fourth and Putnam streets. There will be free admission and free pizza, with other concessions available. Premier Productions will be the DJ and there will be free swimming. The event is for sixth through 12th graders .

‘Beauty & the Beast’ showing at WSCC

The Evergreen Arts & Humanities Series at Washington State Community College in collaboration with the Washington State Foundation and the Schwendeman Agency, Inc. announce a free showing of Disney’s 2017 live-action musical “Beauty & the Beast.” This event is sponsored by Dr. Frieda Owen.

The film will be shown at 7 p.m. Feb. 3 in Graham Auditorium at WSCC, located at 710 Colegate Drive, Marietta, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free, but seating is limited.

Fort Frye committee meeting Thurs.

There will be a Fort Frye Local Schools Finance Committee meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday at Beverly-Center Elementary School.
