Benefit bingo March 24 at B/W squad

Benefit bingo will be held March 24 in the Beverly/Waterford Squad Building, 207 Fourth St., Beverly. Doors open at 2:15 p.m. and games begin at 3 p.m. Cost for a door ticket is $7, which includes a bingo book (bring your own dauber). The event is sponsored by Helping Other People Endure (H.O.P.E.) support group. All proceeds go to “Walk to Remember” in support for suicide prevention.

MOVP auditions for ‘Ladies of Harmony’

Mid-Ohio Valley Players will hold auditions for “Ladies of Harmony” at 6:30 p.m. April 8, 9 and 10 at the theater, 229 Putnam St., Marietta. The cast requires six women. Performance dates are June 15, 16, 22, 23, 24, 29 and 30.

The Washington County Board of Elections will hold its regular monthly meeting at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the board office.

Chip & Seal deal

The Watertown Township board of trustees is offering the residents of the township the opportunity to purchase a 250-foot section of Chip & Seal for in front of their homes. All Chip & Seal must be paid for before the product is applied. Those interested in purchasing Chip & Seal should contact one of the Watertown Township Trustees or attend the township meeting at 6:30 p.m. April 9 at the firehouse. Right Path sponsors spaghetti dinner

The Right Path for Washington County is sponsoring an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Spagna’s Restaurant, 301 Gilman Ave., Marietta. Dinner includes spaghetti, salad, bread and a beverage for $12. Tickets are available from any board member, at the door or by calling 740-374-6990.

Proceeds benefit The Right Path’s work to promote healthy youth development and to provide activities offering community engagement and encouraging healthy decision-making.

Egg hunt at Marietta Goodwill site

An Easter egg hunt will be held at 2 p.m. March 24 at Marietta Goodwill, 1303 Colegate Drive, Marietta. The event is rain or shine. There will be a coloring contest for age groups 2 to 4, 5 to 8 and 9 to 12 years old.

Eggs will be filled with candy and there will be chances to win prizes. Refreshments will be served to the children.
