¯ A deputy began an investigation in Warren Township on March 6 regarding a domestic violence incident. In speaking with all parties involved it was determined to be unfounded.

¯ On Wednesday, a deputy, along with the Oak Grove Volunteer Fire Department, responded to a report of an unresponsive female.

¯ A deputy began an investigation in Belpre Township on Wednesday regarding a domestic violence incident. In speaking with all parties involved it was determined to be unfounded.

¯ A deputy began an investigation in Marietta Township on Wednesday regarding a domestic violence incident. In speaking with all parties involved it was determined to be unfounded.

¯ A deputy responded to 2335 Newbury Road, Belpre Township, on Wednesday to assist a male subject who called 911 without an emergency. Steven Simon was at the home and advised he was intoxicated. Simon was asked why he had called 911, he stated he was concerned for his parents. When asked, the parents stated there was no emergency. Simon was advised of the proper use of the 911 system, with him stating it wouldn’t happen again. About 10 minutes after the deputy left another 911 call was received from Simon. Steven F. Simon, 42, of 2335 Newbury Road, Little Hocking, was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported to the Washington County Jail. Simon tested .182 BAC upon arrival at the jail.

¯ On Thursday, a deputy began an investigation into a theft/scam a Washington County resident had become involved in. This case remains under investigation.

¯ On Thursday, a deputy began a menacing investigation. Upon reviewing the information provided this case was marked as unfounded.

¯ A deputy began an investigation in Fairfield Township on Thursday regarding a domestic violence incident. In speaking with all parties involved it was determined to be unfounded.

¯ A deputy responded to 99 Linton Hill Road, Coolville, on Thursday to a reported domestic violence incident. Charmika Young reported her live-in boyfriend, Mark Dunn, had assaulted her by punching her multiple times in the face and ribs. The Little Hocking Volunteer Fire Department Squad responded and transported Young as a precaution. Mark William Dunn, 65, was arrested for domestic violence.

¯ On Friday, Traci Martin reported Isaac Martin had assaulted her at their residence located at 106 Meadowcrest Lane, Little Hocking. While Traci was on the phone with dispatch, Isaac forcefully took the phone from her and told the dispatcher he would wait at the above stated residence until an officer arrived. Upon a deputy arriving Isaac had fled the scene. Traci said Isaac had struck her with his fist. After several attempts to locate Isaac he finally was arrested on Sunday for domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

¯ Logan Wesley Grimm, 29, of 9160 Veto Road, Belpre, was arrested for assault.

¯ Richard Carl Flood, 52, of 308 Fearing St., Marietta, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

¯ Timothy Joseph Vincent, 36, of 1800 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence.

¯ Cory Allen Wagner, 30, of 205 Second St., Beverly, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

¯ Kyle David Bailey, 31, of 161 Turner Drive, Belpre, was arrested for domestic violence.

¯ Roger Dale Logston, Jr., 44, of 710 Belrock Ave., Apt. 119, Belpre, was arrested for domestic violence.

¯ Victoria Elizabeth Fuller, 20, of 10 Browns Road, Apt. 3A, Marietta, was arrested for drug paraphernalia.

¯ Chelsie Lynn Smith, 27, of 1111 Colonial Drive, Marietta, was arrested for driving while under the influence, left of center and improper lane usage.

¯ Joshua Wade Fortney, 32, of 1902 Way Road, Belpre, was arrested for domestic violence.

¯ Isaac Martin, 47, of 106 Meadow Crest Lane, Little Hocking, was arrested for probation violation.

¯ Dean Elroy Phillips, 40, of 767 Buckeye Ave., Marietta, was arrested for drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and turn and stop signals.
