Reports/Washington County

¯Patrick Bleakley, of New Matamoras, reported Tuesday that his 2009 Chrysler Town and County van had been removed from his residence, wrecked and returned. This case remains under investigation.

¯ Deputies were dispatched to 480 Radabaugh Road, Marietta, on Tuesday in reference to a domestic violence incident. Arlene Mae West said she and her boyfriend, Joshua Shuck, became involved in a verbal argument. West said Shuck threatened her life and pushed her out the door. Shuck denied trying to harm West. Joshua M. Shuck, 28, was placed under arrest for domestic violence.

¯ Personnel at Guernsey Scrap Recycling, 28087 State Route 7, Marietta, reported trespassing on the property on Wednesday.

¯Robert P. Tate, of Congress Road, reported a missing/stolen firearm on Wednesday. Tate later reported the item had been located.

Warrants/Washington County

¯ John L. Lindsey, of 230 Henniger Road, Lowell, for probation violation. Original charge was theft.

Arrests/Washington County

The following people were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Mayford Lee Miller, 60, of 1114 Walsh Road, Vincent, was arrested for breach of recognizance and domestic violence, both misdemeanors.

¯ Thomas William Dearth, 26, of 785 Bender Road, Marietta, was arrested for driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.

¯ Richard Wesley Hawkins, 48, of 829 Ridge St., Marietta, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony and possession drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor.

¯ David Sheehy Burns, 41, of 26691 Huckleberry, Coolville, was arrested for criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.

¯ Jason Ryan Little, 32, of 922 Mitchell Ave., Apt. B, Beverly, was arrested for OVI, driving while under the influence of .17 of 1 grams or more and driving while under the influence within 20 years of previous conviction, all misdemeanors.

¯ Casey George Reed, 21, of 1235 Swan St., Parkersburg, was arrested for carrying concealed weapon, offenses involving underage persons and failure to appear, all misdemeanors.
