Sternwheel Festival announces 2018 events

The Ohio River Sternwheel Festival has announced the events entertainment line-up. The festival will take place Sept. 7-9 on the levee of the Ohio River, in Marietta.

Friday, Sept. 7

9:30 p.m. Chris Lane

8 p.m. Cash Campbell

6 p.m. Opening ceremony

Saturday, Sept. 8

10 p.m. Larger Than Life: “The Ultimate Boy Band Tribute”

9:30 The Harry J. Robinson Fireworks

9 p.m. Larger Than Life: “The Ultimate Boy Band Tribute”

Sunday, Sept. 9

2:30 p.m. Phil Dirt & The Dozers

1p.m. Captain James E. Sands Memorial Sternwheel Races

The event offers a full weekend of free, family oriented entertainment, as well as the firework show. Other activities during the weekend include:
