Warren board plans special meeting
There will be a special meeting of the Warren Local Board of Education at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Warren Administration Office, 220 Sweetapple Road, Vincent for the purpose of voting on personnel issues as well as FY 2013 final and FY 2014 original estimated resources/appropriations. The meeting may also include an executive session.
Diversity group will meet at U.U. church
The time has changed for Stone Soup’s first open meeting, which will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Marietta on the corner of Third and Putnam streets. Stone Soup is a local LGBTQIA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex, and asexual) group united in embracing diversity by facilitating social gatherings and educational workshops to promote mutual respect and awareness. There will be free pizza and information about upcoming events.

Concert in Decatur open to the public
The Persuaders will be performing at the Decatur United Methodist Church at 7 p.m. Sunday. The church is located at 3214 State Route 555, Little Hocking. The concert is open to the public.
Christmas in July craft show July 19, 20
A Christmas in July craft show will be held July 19 and 20, with crafters needed for the show at the Barlow Library. Tables can also be rented at the library to sell gently used items and there will be specials at area retail businesses. The event is being sponsored by the Barlow Area Christmas in the Village.

Women’s retreat at Hervida 4-H Camp
Washington-Morgan Counties Women’s Camp invites all women 18 and older regardless of residence to the 2013 Women’s Camp at the Hervida 4-H Camp in Waterford. The camp will held from 4 p.m. July 12 to 1 p.m. July 14.
