The Western Washington County Historical Society will have a meeting at 7 p.m. today at the Barlow Library. Tim Collins will show photos and tell about working with his grandfather on the CHEL farm in Fleming in the 1950s. His grandfather only farmed with horses and the farm had an octagonal barn. Everyone is welcome.
Join the Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce from 5 to 6:30 p.m. today for their monthly Business After Hours hosted by Washington State Community College, 710 Colegate Drive, Marietta. Business After Hours is an informal gathering hosted by a different chamber member each month. Appetizers and drinks will be served, along with door prizes, and a drawing for $200 Marietta Bucks.

The Warren High School Drama Department will be presenting a Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre production at 6 p.m. Nov. 16 in the Warren High School cafeteria. The play they will be performing is Pajama Party Murders by Eileen Moushey. The Murder Mystery will include breakfast for dinner, the play, a clue hunt and a raffle where guests can win prizes donated by local businesses. Tickets are $10 and are available in the high school office (740-678-2393). No tickets will be sold at the door, and audience members are asked to participate by arriving in their pajamas.
A spaghetti dinner, sponsored by Kiwanis of Williamstown Area, will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the American Legion in Williamstown. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children age 10 and under. Carryout orders will be available. Proceeds will benefit WHS Key Club, WHS Builders’ Club, WES K-Kids’ Club and the Jim Hostottle Scholarship Fund. The Our Lady of Mercy CWC Craft Show will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the OLM church hall on County Road 60, one mile west of Lowell. Continuing with past tradition, there will be chicken pie and equally famous homemade noodles and dessert pies.
