American Legion Post 64 Baseball will sponsor Longaberger Basket Bingo on March 24 at Eighth and Wooster streets in Marietta, featuring a country store, games and more. Beverly American Legion Post 389 on Fifth Street will host an all-you-can-eat Lenten fish fry from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday. Fish will be deep-fried or baked, including fries and coleslaw for $8. Music to follow by Jessica Jo and Justin from 7 to 10 p.m. The public is welcome.

The O’Neill Center will host a spring trip to the Mountaineer Casino & Resort in Chester, W.Va. on April 15-16. The trip includes an overnight stay in the resort hotel, $20 food coupons and $20 free play on the slot machine. The trip is open to all adults. Knights of Columbus Council 478 will host a steak fry from 5:30 to 7 p.m. March 30 at the council hall, 311 Franklin St., Marietta. The meal will be New York strip steak with all the trimmings for $15. Proceeds will benefit the Ohio State K of C campout. Reservations are required; call Ken Offenberger at 740-374-2943.

Washington County Relay for Life will host a quarter auction on March 23 at the American Legion Post #64 in Marietta. Doors open at 11 a.m., auction begins at noon. First paddle is $5, additional paddles are $3. Concessions will be available.

The Boys and Girls Club of Washington County will host its annual auction and dinner fundraiser at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. There will be a silent auction as well as a live auction featuring Ohio State football tickets, Blake Shelton tickets, a three-day getaway vacation package and fine diamond and gold jewelry. Tickets are $35 per person or $250 for a table of eight.
