Cadets For A Cause will host a baked steak dinner and family movie night from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Fort Frye High School. “Ralph Breaks The Internet” will start at 6 p.m. The cost is $10 for adults and $6 for children. Movie admission is by donation. All proceeds will go to the Fort Frye High School Air Conditioning Fund.

The Washington County Special Olympics 5K Run/Walk will be held May 4 at Armory Square, 241 Front St., Marietta. Registration will be from 8 to 8:30 a.m. and the run begins at 9 a.m. The cost is $20. Applications can be found at wcbdd.org under the Special Olympics tab.

Matamoras #374 Free and Accepted Masons on 301 Main St., New Matamoras, will hold a community breakfast buffet from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday. This breakfast replaces the previously scheduled May 4 breakfast. The menu will include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, sausage gravy, hash browns, biscuits, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, orange juice and coffee. The public is invited to attend; carry-out will be available. The suggested donation is $5 per person.

The O’Neill Center Community Health Fair will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. Monday featuring blood sugar, blood oxygen, blood pressure, BMI, weight and spinal screening stations, and massages by Beth Zwick. A “Know Your Numbers” booklet will be provided by Heartland. A complete list of screenings will be available at oneillcenter.com. Call the O’Neill Center at 740-373-3914 to show interest.

Oak Grove Recreation Center will have an annual plant and bake sale from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at 535 BF Goodrich Road. The sale will feature a variety of hanging baskets, annual plants and vegetables.
