Career Center prom king, queen candidates

The Washington County Career Center is having its 12th annual prom on April 20 at the Knights of Columbus in Churchtown. The theme for this year is “Footloose”. Students who attend the Career Center can attend proms at both their home school and their career & technical school.

The following candidates will have the chance to compete for the crown on prom night.

The 2013 Prom Queen candidates:

Marlina Bigley is a senior from Fort Frye and is the daughter of David and Shauna Bigley of Lower Salem, majoring in the Medical College Prep program; Brooke Drayer is a senior from Waterford and is the daughter of Dan and Jandy Drayer of Waterford, majoring in the Cosmetology program; Lyndsey Haas is a senior from Marietta and is the daughter of Mike and Beth Rice of Marietta, majoring in the Medical College Prep program; Jayde Heiss is a senior from Waterford and is the daughter of Toby Heiss and Leslie Toler of Lowell, majoring in the Cosmetology program; Samantha Knotts is a senior from Fort Frye and is the daughter of Melissa Ross of Beverly, majoring in the Medical College Prep program; Tiffany Parsons is a senior from Warren and is the daughter of Leonard and Deanna Parsons of Little Hocking, majoring in the Cosmetology program; Kayla Shankland is a senior from Marietta and is the daughter of Terell and Peggy Bryant of Marietta, majoring in the Sports Medicine & Exercise Science program; and Corah Smith is a senior from Warren and is the daughter of Brad Smith and Heidi Huck of Marietta, majoring in the Patient Health Care program.

Jacob Binegar is a senior from Waterford and is the son of John and Kimberly Binegar of Little Hocking, majoring in the Patient Health Care program; Marcus Boothby is a senior from Waterford and is the son of Marcus Boothby of Waterford, majoring in the Building Technology/Carpentry program; Cole Farley is a senior from Frontier and is the son of Cynthia Farley of New Matamoras, majoring in the Electricity program; Brett Huck is a senior from Waterford and is the son of Paul and Amy Huck of Waterford, majoring in the Sports Medicine and Exercise Science program; Justin Massey is a senior from Fort Frye and is the son of Eric and Lisa Massey of Beverly, majoring in the Landscape Construction and Turf Management program; Tyler Norris is a senior from Fort Frye and is the son of Jay and Melinda Norris of Lower Salem, majoring in the Sports Medicine and Exercise Science program; Shon Smith is a senior from Fort Frye and is the son of Steve and Stephanie Smith of Beverly, majoring in the Sports Medicine & Exercise Science program; and Levi Westfall is a senior from Belpre and is the son of DeLisa Westfall of Belpre, majoring in the Auto Collision program.
