Bob Evans honors veterans with free hotcakes today
NEW ALBANY – On Presidents Day, Bob Evans tips its hat to those protecting our hard-won freedom with a towering stack of hotcakes. The company recently announced that veterans and active military personnel will receive free all-you-can-eat hotcakes at its restaurants today, Presidents Day. All these honored servicemen and women need do is show a valid military ID.
“It is because of these brave men and women that we continue to enjoy the freedom our founding fathers fought for,” said Bob Evans Restaurants President Randy Hicks.
Guests must provide proof of service, including: U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), Wearing uniform, or Veterans Organization Card (i.e., American Legion and VFW).
