Local clubs’ April Students of the Month

Belpre Woman’s Club

The Belpre Woman’s Club has named Kaylee Dye as its April Student of the Month.

Dye, the daughter of Pam and Rusty Dye of Newport, is active in softball (two years), cheerleading (one year), PSEO, choir (three years). She is also a member of Center Valley Baptist Church.

Dye plans to major in nursing at Washington State Community College, then transfer to a four-year college to get a bachelor’s degree in I.V. therapy.

Belpre Lions Club

The Belpre Lions Club has named Tyler Byers as its April Student of the month.

Byers, the son of William and Patricia Byers of Belpre, is active in art. He also attends church and other church functions, serves at the Latrobe Street Homeless Shelter, and serves God. He is a member of the 14th Avenue Gospel Mission Church. His hobbies include making music/art, playing video games, and staying active. He plans to attend Hocking College for their music management program, and become involved in some sort of youth ministry or music ministry.
