¯ A deputy began an investigation in Newport Township on Thursday in reference to identity fraud. This case remains under investigation.
¯ On Thursday, a deputy and the Warren Township Volunteer Fire Department responded to Blue Knob Road to an area rented by Thermo Fisher. Prior to the deputy arriving the fire had been extinguished. The fire was at a gazebo, “smoke shack” on the property. The gazebo was a total loss.
¯ Zachary Kaleb Smith, of 19334 State Route 550, Marietta, reported Thursday that damage was done to a door at his residence. This case remains under investigation.
¯ A deputy was dispatched to 257 Minch Road, Lowell, on Thursday regarding Ian Cicciarelli reporting he was assaulted by Timothy Lutzen. Cicciarelli stated the incident occurred at 7040 State Route 821, where he had been staying. After speaking with all parties it was determined that this was a mutual fight between the two subjects. A summons is being requested for Ian Andrew Cicciarelli, 25, and Timothy Michael Lutzen, 36, for disorderly conduct by fighting.
¯ A deputy was dispatched to a possible domestic incident in Grandview Township on Friday. In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

¯ Ruth Elizabeth Thrasher, 60, of 38 Townhall Road, Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
¯ Brittany Marie Karcher, 31, of 240 Hillcrest Drive, Apt. 66, Marietta, was arrested for failure to appear and two counts of theft, misdemeanors.
¯ Kenneth Ewing Tilton, 48, of 730 Dixon Ridge Road, Lowell, was arrested for domestic violence, a felony.
¯ Jennie Iona Tranter, 39, of Main Street, Lowell, was arrested for driving under suspension, fictitious plates, vehicle trespass and possessing drug abuse instruments, misdemeanors.
¯ Carolyn Jill Hornish, 32, of 1406 20th St., Parkersburg, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear, misdemeanors.
¯ Beth Ann Lantz, 36, of 23380 Dixon Road, Coolville, was arrested for fictitious plates, driving under suspension and failure to display, misdemeanors.
¯ Rex Allen Mowery, 54, of 815 Fifth St., Marietta, was arrested for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
