• A deputy was dispatched to 28295 State Route 26 on Oct. 4 in reference to three 911 hang up calls. Alishia Ellison said she was at this residence with her boyfriend, Jeremy R. Myers. When she tried to leave, she said Ellison tried to remove her from the car by grabbing her by the shirt. Ellison stated she slipped out of the shirt and ran into the house for fear he was going to hit her. Myers was unable to be located while deputies were in the area. A warrant is being requested for Jeremy R. Myers, 36, of 3180 Upper Fifteen Mile Creek Road, Wingett Run, for assault.

• Deputies were dispatched to 2803 Highland Ridge Road, Apt. A, Lowell, on Saturday in reference to an incident of domestic violence. Crystal Mallett advised dispatch that Stephen Badamo had left in a 2014 Honda Civil, which a deputy met on his way to the residence. During the stop Badamo advised that he had a loaded 40 caliber handgun in the trunk of the vehicle. Mallett told deputies that Badamo had head-butted her in the forehead and then left the residence. Badamo denied any type of altercation other than a verbal argument with Mallett. A strong odor of alcoholic beverage was detected on/or about Badamo ‘s person, as well as glassy bloodshot eyes. He agreed to perform field sobriety tests, and did poorly, Badamo was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail. Once at the Jail Badamo tested .078. Stephen Lewis Badamo, 45, of 2295 Conway Wallrose, Freedom, Pa., was arrested for improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, domestic violence and stop light/sign violation. Mallette requested a protection order be issued.

• Deputies responded to Newport Township on Saturday for a possible domestic violence incident. In speaking with all parties involved it was determined to be unfounded.

• On Saturday, a deputy was dispatched to the area of Huck Road and Waterford Road in reference to a possible intoxicated driver. The deputy located a truck matching this description stopped in the middle of the road in the 6100 block of Waterford Road. The driver was identified as David W Clark. While speaking with Clark, Deputy Hall detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on/or about his person. Clark exited the vehicle and was very slow and unsteady on his feet. Clark refused to submit to standard field sobriety tests. David Wayne Clark, 52, of 1094 Sandridge Road, Waterford, was placed under arrest charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Once at the Washington County Jail Clark also refused to submit to a breath test for alcohol.

• A deputy was dispatched to the Lowell Duke, Lowell, on Sunday in reference to a male subject passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot. The deputy approached the male and immediately detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage on/or about his person. Ashton Garrett Linger, 18, of 1599 Camp Hervida Road, Waterford, was placed under arrest for underage consumption of alcohol and transported to the Washington County Jail.

• A deputy responded to Barlow Township on Monday in reference to a juvenile not returning home at the required time. A charge of unruly juvenile is being requested through Washington County Juvenile Court.

• Deputies responded to 1003 Campus Drive, Belpre, on Monday in an attempt to serve warrants on Misty Martin and Matt Foraker. Both Foraker and Martin were located inside the residence and were placed under arrest on the outstanding warrants. Inside the home, in plain view, was a bag with several syringes and a small baggie with suspected heroin. Martin advised the items belonged to her. Misty Dawn Martin, 29, of 1003 Campus Drive, Belpre, was placed under arrest for possession of heroin and drug abuse instruments, as well as the warrants for breach of recognizance and receiving stolen property. Matthew Ronald Foraker, 34, of 1003 Campus Drive, Belpre, was placed under arrest on warrants for aggravated possession of drugs and forgery. Martin and Foraker were transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

• A deputy was dispatched to 255 Front Drive, New Matamoras, Monday. Virginia “Sue” Stock reported she and her sister Brenda Addlesburger had been in a physical altercation and had hit each other in the chest. After speaking with all parties involved and witnesses to the incident, the deputy will be requesting a summons be issued to Brenda L. Addlesburger, 53, of 177 Brownsville Road, New Matamoras, and Virginia Sue Stock, 45, for disorderly conduct.

• Randy Bauman, of Oak Hill Road, Cutler, reported a theft of timber on Oct. 3. This case remains under investigation.

• A deputy responded to Fairfield Township on Oct. 3 in reference to a domestic incident. In speaking with all parties this was determined to be unfounded.

• On Oct. 3, the dog warden received multiple calls in reference to a male subject identified as John Milby dragging a small puppy, which was not walking, across the sidewalk on Greene Street at Colegate Drive. An individual followed the subject and located the puppy tied to a tree in a wooded area and took the puppy to a veterinarian. On Oct. 4 Milby was located and he stated he did not know the puppy’s paws were bleeding. He said he tied the puppy to the tree to give it a break, and to get food and water from a nearby friend for the puppy. Milby further advised he left his friend’s apartment and went to a grocery store and drank a beer before falling asleep on the bench. Milby insisted he went back for the puppy but admitted to forgetting the puppy. A summons is being requested for John M. Milby, 29, of 210 East Spring St., Marietta, for cruelty to a companion animal.

• Ricky Schultheis, of 222 Third St., Lowell, reported his garage was entered on Oct. 3. This case remains under investigation.

Arrests/Washington County

• John Scott Sprouse, 43, of 403 Washington Blvd., Belpre, was arrested for fictitious plates and expired plates, misdemeanors.

• Shaquille Christopher Moultry, 25, of 3710 Eakin Road, Columbus, was arrested for probation violation, a felony.

• Michael Paul Surface, 43, of 701 Race St., Parkersburg, was arrested for probation violation, a felony.

• Matthew Ryan Runyon, 37, of 33421 Dexter Road, Rutland, was arrested for nonsupport of dependents.

• James Ronald Voland, 35, of 108 Woodcrest Drive, Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence and probation violation, both misdemeanors.

• Devan Daniel Welsh, 28, of 27375 State Route 7, Marietta, was arrested on a warrant for no fishing license, a misdemeanor.
