Reports/Washington County

• On Monday, a deputy met with Sarah McAfee, of Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, in reference to charges on a credit card that belonged to her. This case remains under investigation.

• The dog warden filed charges Tuesday for failure to restrain a dog. On Nov. 30 Deborah Hardesty’s dog became loose and attacked another dog as the owner was walking it. Deborah Hardesty, 51, of 172 Third St., Lowell, was charged with failure to retrain.

• A deputy met with Gregory Gaulard, Patten Mills Road, Cutler, on Wednesday in reference to a theft. This case remains under investigation.

• On Friday, the dog warden filed charges on Russell Burkhammer for failing to restrain his dog. On Dec. 1, a dog belonging to Burkhammer had gotten loose from the residence at 1023 Third St., Marietta. The dog attacked another dog while it was being walked on a leash along the sidewalk in front of Burkhammer’s residence. A summons was requested for Burkhammer.

Warrants/Washington County

• Andreana Marie Workman, of 1614 Lynn St., Parkersburg, failure to appear on a trafficking in drugs case.

• Craig Ryan Bacsik, of 106 Jamar Drive, St. Marys, W.Va., failure to appear on a driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs charge, and failure to appear on a possession of drugs charge.

• Rhonda Marie Bay, of 295 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, failure to appear for jail on a possessing drug abuse instruments charge.

• Ryan O’Neil Nichols, failure to appear on a driving under suspension charge.

• Mary Alice Brooks, of 1430 McGill Road, Vincent, failure to appear.

Arrests/Washington County

• Gabrielle Iva Chaffin, 19, of 2603 16th Ave., Parkersburg, was arrested on a warrant for complicity to aggravated robbery, a felony.

• Vanessa Ann Goins, 33, of 9800 Goins Lane, Amesville, was arrested for assault, a misdemeanor.

• Cory Reed Stone, 31, of 11061 Second St., Derwent, was arrested for contempt of court, a misdemeanor.

• Michelle Marie Frame, 23, of 145 Vickers Road, Marietta, was arrested for contempt of court, a misdemeanor.

• Justin Allen Tucker, 36, of 809 Front St., Marietta, was arrested for illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Derek Douglas Oldfield, 33, of 713 Ninth St., Marietta, was arrested for tampering with evidence, a felony, possessing drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Jennifer Kae Mosser, 38, homeless, was arrested for aggravated burglary, a felony, and domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
