Reports/Washington County

• Deputies began an investigation Thursday into counterfeit currency being passed at businesses around the county. These cases remain under investigation.

• A deputy met with representatives with SMCI, North Royalton, on Friday in reference to the theft of an industrial oxygen tank and propane tank from a construction site on Ohio 26. This case remains under investigation.

• John Nichols, of Ohio 550, Vincent, reported the theft Saturday of a 400 4–4 ATV that occurred in Waterford Township. This case remains under investigation.

• During a traffic stop Saturday in Vincent, Bradley M. Gill, of 467 McDonald Road, Waterford, was issued a citation for driving with a suspended license and no working tail lights or rear license plate lights.

• A deputy was dispatched Sunday to speak with Hank Combs regarding a domestic violence complaint that occurred at his residence, 50 Long Run Road, Lower Salem. Combs stated he and Seana Loofbourrow were arguing and he asked her to take her belongings and leave. Loofbourrow pushed Combs after arguing about different items of property. Loofbourrow also began throwing things and at one point put Combs in a choke hold, then punched him in the ribs. Deputies met with Loofbourrow who stated she and Combs were arguing and that it turned physical. Loofbourrow said she pushed him and put him in a headlock, however, denied punching him. Seana Casey Loofbourrow, 18, of 50 Long Run Road, Lower Salem, was placed under arrest for domestic violence.

• On Monday, a deputy responded to Adams Township to a possible domestic incident. In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

• Donald Dennis, of Browns Road, Marietta, reported Sunday the theft of his mailbox, shaped like a 1957 Chevy. This case remains under investigation.

Arrests/Washington County

The following people were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

• Ryan ONeil Nichols, 42, of 1936 Barth Road, Belpre, was arrested for driving under suspension and contempt of court, misdemeanors.

• Amanda Cheyenne Wigal, 29, of 169 Second Lane, Belpre, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Corey James Snyder, 32, of 39 Rainbow Lane East, Dundee, Fla., was arrested for speed and driving under suspension, misdemeanors.

• Tera Sue Deem, 33, of 300 Ivy St., Parkersburg, was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle, a felony.

• John Henry Parsons, 66, of 180 Main St., Vincent, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Jeffrey Lawrence Metcalf, 28, of Guysville, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, faulty exhaust, two counts of possession of drugs and falsification, all misdemeanors.

• Chavazze Levi Kidder, 25, of 11540 State Route 339, Vincent, was arrested for probation violation, a felony out of Monroe County.

• Samantha Dianne Seevers, 24, of 127 Ward St., Marietta, was arrested for tampering with evidence, a felony, possessing drug abuse instruments and driving under suspension, misdemeanors.

• Joshua Lee Thompson, 36, of 610 Williams Ave., Williamstown, was arrested for two counts of domestic violence and theft, all misdemeanors.

• Tricia Ann Walker, 34, homeless, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Seana Casey Loofbourrow, 18, of 600 Lakeside Drive, Apt. 9, Cambridge, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
