Reports/Washington County

• A deputy responded to Ohio 60 in Beverly on Wednesday assist with a traffic stop. Detectives had observed a traffic violation and conducted a traffic top on a Jeep driven by Todd D. Plum. Plum had advised that he had consumed one beer, however told another deputy that he consumed 12. Plum submitted to field sobriety tests, which he performed poorly on. Todd Plum, 57, of 1240 SW McCoy Ridge Road, Stockport, was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail. Plum submitted to a blood alcohol breath test with the result of .143 BAC. Plum was charged with OVI and driving in marked lanes.

• On Wednesday, a deputy was patrolling the area of Joe Skinner Road and Ohio 7 and observed a possible disabled vehicle. Adam Hadley was outside the running vehicle, accompanied by a passenger, Destiny Covey, located in the passenger seat of the vehicle. Adam advised he had pulled over due to vehicle issues. While speaking with Hadley, the deputy noted darting eye contact and fidgety movements. Hadley was also observed trying to conceal a piece of paper, which was eventually turned over to deputies, revealing that it contained an unknown white powdery substance. A search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed drug paraphernalia and multiple syringes admittedly belonging to Covey. Adam Hadley, 30, of 101 Sunset Drive, Marietta, was placed under arrest on a charge of having physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence. Destiny Renee Covey, 26, of 101 Sunset Drive, Marietta, was placed under arrest for possessing drug abuse instruments.

• On Wednesday, Michael Smith reported that he was involved in an argument with his adult son, Jeremiah Smith, while driving on Ohio 339. Michael said Jeremiah yelled at him stating “I should have killed you” while shaking his fist at him. Michael reported trying to drive and believing Jeremiah was going to hurt him or cause him to wreck. Attempts to locate Jeremiah met with negative results. A warrant is being requested for Jeremiah M. Smith, 39, of 3034 State Route 339, Vincent, on a charge of domestic violence.

• Michael Reynolds of Reynolds Landscaping, 323 Drag Strip Road, Belpre, reported Thursday a 2008 Chevy 2500 4–4 truck removed from the property. This case remains under investigation.

• Saquille C. Moultry, of 3710 Eakin Road, Columbus, failure to appear (two warrants).

• Domonic Lee Brooks, of 506 Rear Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, probation violation on underage consuming of liquor.

• Christopher Wayne Radcliff, of 1072 Leith Run Road, New Matamoras, driving under suspension (two warrants).

• Angela R. Parker, of 131 Oak Drive, Little Hocking, failure to appear on a civil case.

• Keith E. Parker, of 131 Oak Drive, Little Hocking, failure to appear on a civil case.

• Steven Joe Francis, of 2134 Washington Blvd., #1, Belpre, probation violation on a driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs charge.

• Gregory Allen Hart, of 24096 Frostyville, Caldwell, probation violation on a criminal mischief charge.

• Kevin Lamont Jackson, of 5442 Asberry Village Ct., Columbus, failure to appear on a child support case.

• Samantha Jo Kuhn, of 9390 State Route 550, Vincent, probation violation on a theft charge.

• Anthony Robert Larrison, of 2109 Benedict Road, Fleming, probation violation on a driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs charge.

• Jodi Lynn Cain, of 16687 State Route 339, Dexter City, failure to appear on a theft charge.

• Dustin Lee Brooks, 32, of 1776 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Christopher Ryan Ledger, 29, of 29385 E Belpre Pike Road, Coolville, was arrested for contempt of court, a felony.

• Sandra Kay Huck, 42, of 203 Sixth St., Beverly, was arrested for driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.

• Amy Donn Finley, 43, of 2310 Avenwood Court, Columbus, was arrested for tampering with evidence, a felony.

• Lorena Ann Smith, 41, of 1154 Patten Mills Road, Cutler, was arrested for burglary and breach of recognizance, both felonies.

• David Andrew Midcap, 53, of 2318 19th St., Akron, was arrested for contempt, failure to appear, a felony.

• Arthur Ray Elkins Jr., 28, of 7711 Dorver Ave., Cleveland, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Todd David Plum, 57, of 1240 South McCoy Ridge Road, Stockport, was arrested for OVI, a misdemeanor.

• Adam Joseph Hadley, 30, of 101 Sunset Drive, Marietta, was arrested for having physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence.
