St. Mark’s cookie, cake sale Saturday

St. Mark’s United Methodist Women’s annual Lucy’s Ham Loaf, Cookie and Candy Sale will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, in the St. Mark’s United Methodist Church fellowship hall, Maple and Third Street, Belpre: 1 pound ham loaf, $8, limit two per person; no pre-orders; cookies $5/pound, candy $6/pound. There will be a craft table also.

Craft show, bake sale in Newport

There will be a craft show and bake sale Saturday, Dec. 3, at Newport United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be 10 crafters from woodworking, crocheting, knitting, ornaments, gifts in a jar and much more. There will also be baked goods and chicken and noodles. Proceeds will go toward outreach missions.

Holiday bicycle tour is Dec. 26 in Marietta

The 21st annual Marietta Holiday Lights Bicycle Tour is 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 26, beginning at the First Unitarian Universalist Church at 232 Third St.

Tunnel church to host live nativity Dec. 10

There will be a live nativity from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at Tunnel United Methodist Church, located at Ohio 550 and Coffman Road. Drive by the scenes in the parking lot as the youth portray Joseph and Mary (who will be telling the story of the birth of Jesus), the shepherds (who will be tending the sheep), and the Wise Men (who will be telling when they really came). Breakfast with Santa at Norwood church

Norwood United Methodist Church, 23 Colegate Dr., Marietta will have a free “Breakfast with Santa” on Saturday, Dec. 10. It will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and an adult must attend with the children. There will be food, music, craft and a visit with Santa. For more information, call the church at 740-374-5606.
