St. Mary Catholic will hold its annual Fall Fest

St. Mary Catholic School will hold its Fall Festival from Sept. 28 to 30 with all activities being held in the Monsignor Kakascik Parish Center of the school.

Friday evening, Sept. 28, at 7 p.m., will be an adult evening out. A $60 ticket admits 2 (two) for the House of Wines food/wine pairings along with cash prizes, ($500, $250 and $100 raffles), silent auction and the live basket auction which will take place at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are available in the school office (740-374-8181), Basilica Rectory office (740-373-3643), Molly Frye, or Tammi Bradley (740-350-0858).

Saturday, Sept. 29 — Super Bingo. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. and line sales begin at 4 p.m. A free chicken noodle over mashed potato meal will be available starting at 4 p.m. All in attendance will receive a free dauber. $1,500 in door prizes with door prizes being drawn every half hour starting at 5 p.m. $6,000 total bingo games will be paid out for Super Bingo.

Sunday, Sept. 30– 1 to 5 p.m. Chicken dinner prepared by the Catholic Woman’s Club and the Knights of Columbus will include baked chicken, homemade noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, cinnamon applesauce and a roll. The public is invited to attend and enjoy a home cooked meal. Also, again this year will be a pie auction. Donated homemade pies are needed that will be a part of a silent auction allowing those in attendance to bid on the pies. Sunday afternoon will be the drawing of the main raffle prizes that includes $1,000 cash and several prizes donated from local merchants and parishioners. Raffle tickets are a major fundraising effort for the festival. Please buy or sell the tickets to benefit the Fall Festival. A tuition raffle, ($2,500), towards tuition at St. Mary Catholic School is available in the school office. Tuition raffle tickets are $25 each.
