Lydia Louise Stark Hall

Lydia Louise Stark Hall, 85, of Lowell, passed away on Thursday morning, December 14, 2017, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born March 18, 1932, in Liberty Township, Washington County to John W. and Lucetta B. Holiday Stark. Lydia was a graduate of Lawrence High School, Class of 1950 and was a member of Lowell United Methodist Church.

On April 21, 1951, she married Blaine Emerson Hall who preceded her in death on September 7, 1999.

Lydia is survived by her children: Randall Blaine Hall of Lowell, Lisa Suzanne Hall and husband Wilbur Pullins of Devola and Joseph Wayne Hall and wife Tamara of Hackney. She is also survived by grandsons: Andrew Blaine Hall and wife Micah of Marietta, Cody Joseph Hall and Casey Matthew Hall both of Hackney; great granddaughters: Lydia Blayne Hall and Sophia Grace Hall of Marietta: her sisters: Ethel (Byron) Hall of Columbus, Waneeda (Robert) Grosklos of Marietta; brother Reuben (June) Stark of Wooster and special niece Tamara Rae Hall.

She was preceded in death by parents, husband, daughter Darla Dianne Hall; 8 brothers: Solomon Stark, Virgil Stark, Bernard Stark, Cecil Stark, Harold Needs, Wayne Needs, Johnnie Stark, Eugene Stark; 6 sisters: Hazel McAfee, Mildred Martin, Mary Guckert, Bessie Sullivan, Dorothy Needs, Lucille Needs.

Funeral services will be held on Monday (Dec. 18) at 11:00 a.m. at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Reverend Nancy Parsons and Pastor Darla Schnegg officiating. Interment will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday after 2:00 p.m.
