Bonnie Lou Allman Miller

Bonnie Lou Allman Miller, 69, experienced the fullness of her faith Monday May 6, as she joined her Savior Jesus Christ in Heaven.

She is survived by her husband of thirty-nine years, Pastor Larry Miller, her mother Mildred Baker, three daughters Dawn, Kerry and Jessica, three sisters and three brothers Dottie, Rita, Patsy, Thomas, David and Michael and eight grandchildren. Also surviving is her personal zoo of five dogs, three birds, including a twenty-eight year old African Grey Parrot and a Kat who adopted her.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her father Chester Allman.

Bonnie partnered with Larry in ministry in the Louisville, Huntington, Parkersburg, Marietta, Holland, MI, Denver, Orlando and Indianapolis areas, Bonnie’s work included several areas of the medical field, tanning salon management, pet sitting, Animal Kingdom guide, Dealership maintenance and cleaning, apartment management and volunteered at the Denver Zoo and a thrift store.

Spring being her favorite time of year, Bonnie deeply enjoyed the past few month of landscaping with new growth, many blooms of color, surprised growth, all with the look that she had in mind. She also enjoyed yard sales and breeding canaries.

A Memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2019, Valley View Baptist Church in Reno, OH.

Memorials may be made in Bonnie’s name to the Valley View Baptist Church, Amedisys Hospice of WV or the Humane Society of your choice.
