33 years of Unique Boutique

Women on a budget looking for professional but affordable clothes have a chance to check both of those boxes with Zonta’s Fall Unique Boutique Nov. 10 and 11 at the former Food 4 Less building.

This project is in its 33rd year and it’s been so successful for so long because it allows the community to give others a hand up – donations of women’s clothing passed along at prices just about everyone can afford –$10 dresses, jackets and coats, $5 skirts, pants and jeans and $1 shoes, belts and purses.

There are clothes for men, too: Suits, ties, pants and shoes.

Donations are being accepted Nov. 6 to 9 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Food 4 Less building. Anything gently used and washed is appreciated.

The sale itself is 4 to 8 p.m. Nov. 10 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 11. A bag sale starts at noon.

The money raised from this project helps support Zonta’s many efforts, including scholarships for area women.

Volunteers are still needed to help sort and stage clothing. We hope you’ll consider supporting this important project that helps so many.
