Tammy Bates has experience to serve

Tammy Bates is the superior candidate for the office of Treasurer of Washington County.

Bates worked in the Treasurer’s Office for over four and a half years as a full-time employee and she continues to work there on a part-time basis assisting the treasurer and prosecutor with delinquent tax accounts.

Dorothy Peppel, the longest serving county treasurer in the state of Ohio, knows better than anyone else the qualities necessary to serve the citizens of Washington County as their treasurer. Dorothy Peppel endorses Tammy Bates for election as treasurer.

A review of Bates’ civic service reveals her dedication to improving the community that she lives in. She has served as PTO president, member of the board of public affairs for the Village of Beverly, treasurer of the Fort Frye Athletic Boosters, board member of the Fort Frye School District, board member of the Washington County Career Center, Member of American Legion Post 389 Auxiliary and member of the Marietta Noon Rotary Club.

I urge your readers to elect Tammy Bates as treasurer of Washington County.
