Greathouse-Smit Steve and Jan Greathouse of Vincent announce the engagement of their daughter, Stefani Greathouse, to Bastiaan Smit, son of Robert and Julie Smit of Schuttrange, Luxembourg. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Harry and Dorothy Gray of Fleming, and Maxine Cantwell of Belpre. She is a 2005 graduate of Warren High School and a 2009 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in language acquisition and cultural studies. The prospective bridegroom is a 2008 graduate of Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College in England with a degree in business management. He is employed by W.H. Selfinvest in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. The couple were engaged on Dec. 27, 2008, while on a trip to Paris. The wedding ceremony is planned for Jan. 27, 2010, in Koh Samui, Thailand.
