(The Revitalization district) Hit a standstill because of a over looked permit. Moon obtain it. I don't think Moon would be for it now he will be on the other side of the fence not wanting anymore competition. I did not see the need for it in the first place .(Pike St.intersection) already spent $300.000 on something that was not needed. I don't see it as broke why fix it. Dump the project don't waste anymore time or money. (Projects Council feels they have accomplished) Amrmory Square . I know I would not have been for it without a solid bussiness plan which I did not believe it had . But just like everything it comes down to a vote from council and it passed. If I oppossed it and was a member I would have had to switch modes and worked on it as best as I could to give good imput and try to save taxpayer money on cost of construction and it use.

(MPD)Part time clerk. I don't see Marietta as having enough high crime to justify the postion . MPD does the job. But should always be willing to weigh thing out to see if it would save it's there job to save money . (The voting on a resolution that would designate a construction project evaluation matrix for city projects involving more than $50.000 of taxpayer money.) Should be $10.000 or less of taxpayers money. I don't see it as being that hard to research a companies ability to handle a project. Has anyone ever heard of references? A few phone calls to people or cities they have done work for in the past and see if they were satisfied with work and timely manner should do it and the Better Business Bureau should tell the whole story .
