Since the Marietta Times has cut back on Sam Shawver's coverage of council meetings in recent months, I'm glad to see that Mr. Kalter is providing information to the public about what happens in committee meetings. He's a terrific writer, and a good man. Informative article. Thanks Mr. Kalter!
