Such a sad story for both families... It really does make you wonder what the heck is going on in the world around us....

I am continuing surprised at the prosecutor's office decisions on what to ask for punishment. Get charged with 5 felony drug charges, including selling within 1000 ft of a school, 90 days in the county jail, serve only 30. While this crime certainly warrants a sentence I fail to see where felony drug charges for a repeat drug dealer doesn't warrant more then 30 days.

Sounds to me like the klintworth family needs to crawl in a hole. Grow up people, this is a 13 year old girl, and your brother/son/cousin admitted it was his fault.

The girl came back for more several times. I would say she was more embarrassed than hurt. Maybe she had to blow it up some so mom wouldn’t figure out what all she was doing. Seems like some people are victims only after they get caught.

She was 13, he was 20. Not cool, even if she was initally ok with it.
Don't justify his actions, thats creepy.

After reading the article, I am angered at the reporter of this article and how they have ran the Klintworth family down, as if it's not bad enough that Justin already has. I'm very disapointed in how it was worded for the public to read. "The victim's mother read a statement on behalf of her daughter that painted a picture of constant harassment from Klintworth's family members and others in the community." The entire Klintworth family is not the problem with harrassing the girl as this quote "In fact, Klintworth's family has been harassing the entire family, said the mother." states. IN FACT, several of the Klintworth family members are hanging their head in shame and embarrassment of this entire situation.

Shameful person, shameful family. If they tried to follow me for some reason, they would find out a big lesson in life. Not an easy one, at that.

This individual is some kind of deviant weirdo in need of frontier-style justice. No sympathy here.

Seriouslygetreal, then maybe the embarrassed members of the family need to get the others in check, and shut them up.
