sounds like the WCSO and the Marietta PD need to communicate with each other a little better...the guy walks right out of the court room with an active warrant!! are we living in Mayberry??

This is not the fault of the police or the sheriff. The fault lies with the clerk of courts who prepared the docket that day. They are privy to wants and warrants, not the bailiffs and the deputies working security.
