War on drugs sadly seems to be a losing war...agree treatment...maybe legalization and taxation use tax $ for rehabilitation...some of these drugs just so so hoooorrrrible...crack ****** meth all the devil.

Here's an idea, as soon as you arrest these addicts, rather than letting them bond within a few days why not enter them into a mandatory rehab facility immediately?? Just a thought...
