Ok TWrecks so the organizations that volunteer to pick up trash along the highway are just doing their jobs also. Wow you are an idiot. You are comparing people who are "doing their job" to those who do it for free because they wanna help. These amazing VOLUNTEERS are out all hours of the night battling a fire while you are probably laying on your lazy butt. And you think they are doing because they have to. It's people like you that never amount to anything.

Sorry I did not respond earlier to your hate but I was outside thanking the meter readers for tallying my electric and gas bills. They say they are just doing their jobs but when I think of the rain, snow and doggies they endure I can't help being full o' gratitude.

TWrecks, I agree with CJD...you are an idiot. These are volunteers which means THEY DON'T GET PAID. What's the matter? Are you not thanked enough at work, or do you even work??

Twrecks, I just signed up so I could comment on how ignorant you are. These people are VOLUNTEER firefighters who risk their lives and dedicate their time to helping the community. But you say it's their job. Well I hope you remember that if you ever have a structure fire or need a squad ride from the VFD.

I like to stand down by the curb and thank the guy who picks up the trash, "thanks for showin up and pickin up the trash" , I say. "Hey, that is my job", he says back.
When I call to the talk shows I always say, "Thanks for takin my call". "Hey, it is a call in-show dummy, it is my job to answer your call".
I am just another Redundant-American.

twrecks.... unbelievable you obviously have never been a fire fighter or known anyone who is. They risk their lives to save ours and they go out in the cold, rain, heat or whatever else is thrown at them to help us in time of need. So I do believe they deserve a BIG THANK YOU!!!

This is a tragic thing. I am so glad no one was hurt in this fire. Thank you for all the responding fire departments that came to this and fought this fire.
