YMCA to close Reno site; membership numbers cited

The Reno Y was doing OK until they moved it into a hole in the buildig.

BeRight, You don't know what your commenting about! Are you a Reno member? I am a YMCA member to both facilities...Our Reno Y is an asset to Mtta, why the people of Marietta are not interested in NEW up-to-date equipment, a pleasant environment and working out with a great group of people is beyond me. When Reno open four years ago our GTS training system was one of the few located in the State of Ohio...we are so fortunate as a community to have the Reno facility and all new machines and equipment(and yes I know it was with grant monies) SO?. We members are sadden to see Reno close. We love Marietta's best kept secret :)
