I recall Viginia as a vibrant, happy person who would have no use for drugs or alcohol. I wonder perhaps if she had passed before the crash rather than as a result of it

I have to agree with oldhickory. I am wondering if she had a medical issue which resulted in this accident (not just because she decided to go fast on that road). I knew Virginia and she was a wonderful lady and was kind to everyone that she met. RIP
