Their arrests and sentences are public knowledge as are their mugshots. I don't see why there would be a problem compiling public data. Just call it a criminal archive or something so they can't complain they are being profiled.

@ Dorthey A Facebook Crime Watch page for Marietta would a great way to gather information and keep a eye on people that are know criminals.

We need to develop a web site/ database with the names of these repeat losers, home address, links to their crime history, mugs shots, and prison/jail release dates. Would also be nice to have an alert system of their release dates. But I am sure we have no rights to do such a terrible thing ...what am I thinking?
