Grand jury: Misunderstanding leads to stabbing

A protective father who reportedly stabbed the wrong man was one of 18 people indicted by a Washington County grand jury this week. Ronald W. Fisher, 39, of 715 Greene St....

How many more people will be stabbed before we take action. Isn't it about time we have more laws like background and mental check for knives? Come on people, do it for the kids! (sarcasm) :)

Sounds like a great guy who just made a mistake alright.....

There is no justification for seeking out an individual with the intent of inflicting bodily harm. It doesn't matter who was stabbed or why he felt the need to stab them.....its still a crime and probation on top of that previous laundry list would be a joke.

The father was difintely distraught. He made a mistake. This could have happened to any of us. Probation is the most he should have to face.
