this topic heading should be called simply "The Idiot List". the sad part is that almost any town in america can have this dubious list to call their own and be published on a regular basis.

Lock the idiot up, he literally came within an inch of killing an innocent man. Why? Because his teenage daughter got cheated on. He ALMOST KILLED A HUMAN FOR WHAT IS COMMON PLACE, AND THE WRONG HUMAN. DAMN.

Guns, knives, bombs, poison - mental illness will find a way.

From what RodneyF said, this guy has apparently made a lot of "mistakes".

How many more people will be stabbed before we take action. Isn't it about time we have more laws like background and mental check for knives? Come on people, do it for the kids! (sarcasm) :)

"Municipal court records show Fisher has been arrested multiple times on charges including trafficking and possession of drugs, domestic violence, driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia."
Sounds like a great guy who just made a mistake alright.....
There is no justification for seeking out an individual with the intent of inflicting bodily harm. It doesn't matter who was stabbed or why he felt the need to stab them.....its still a crime and probation on top of that previous laundry list would be a joke.

The father was difintely distraught. He made a mistake. This could have happened to any of us. Probation is the most he should have to face.
