Agreed. Where is Asian history month? Muslim History month? Hispanic history month? White history month? Oh wait if we had white history month, that would be racist. Why not just teach history and realize that all races, creeds, and religion, have contributed to American history. I remember learning about the contributions and importance of George Washington Carver, and it did not have to wait until a special month came around.
