When will small town police learn that you can't coverup a crime in this day and age. These two young adults will be found guilty no matter what now.

Sounds like it would have been covered up if it would not have been for social media .i am surprised to see the Ohio AG comment on a pending case, but am pretty sure he is doing that to quiet the bad press he has received over the case. It will be very interesting to see if this juvenile court case is in an open or closed court. I do hope for justice for the victim. can't believe the crime occurred in Aug and it is just going to trial in March.

This whole situation is disgusting and extremely disturbing...from the parties at coaches and even the DA's(who excused herself from the case)houses, who openly allow drinking, to the fact that this poor girl was taken to 3 different houses and nobody helped her and the multiple witnesses(none of who have been charged) even though they found pictures on their phones. This is all to protect a Football Team! The video is disgusting, and how they can say that Mike was not involved, is ludicrous, it is obvious the girl is still in the house, when the video is made. God bless this child and may she in time heal.

I cannot help but to believe that this thing will not blow over any time soon.
If Mr. DeWine does not charge others in this thing, it will be a bigger crime than the one committed.
Justice needs to prevail all away around.
