about any innocent person would jump at a bargain like that and a bargain like that usually would not be given unless they didn't have a case. These corrupt courts convict innocent or people with laws that are stupid anyway, so yes, about anyone would jump at that, guilty or innocent, after their lawyer expalined their dream world about courts is wrong.

This "businessman" thinks it's OK to flaunt the laws of his country and endanger his neighbors, pollute their water, etc. What a fine example to set for our children. Hey, it's OK to break the law if you are a "job creator". After all, they are not subject to the same rules the rest of us are.

Let this man make a livingHe's getting more pentilized than the guy's who has sex with these young girl's.Like i said before what about these FARMERS spreading COW*****all over the fields? That goes into the OHIO RIVER,LITTLE MUSKINGDOM RIVER ,DUCKCREEK, but that's ok Plus the County and State put on the road's for the winter. What is this COUNTRY comming to???

So for the past year all the proponents of fracking have been telling us about how safe the industry is, how careful they are, etc. But now, an industry insider, givemeabreak, who obviously knows more than the rest of us about the industry, tells us that this is done by other companies as well. Standard practice, apparently. It's OK to do this, unless you get caught. Even if it was pure drinking water, 800,000 gallons might be a bit of an inconvenience to anyone downstream. And, most road departments stopped using brine years ago; only a few holdout townships persist. But at least we have it from an expert; this dumping isn't anything that other companies haven't done before, and presumably won't stop doing with waste water from fracking. Give ME a break!

@givemeabreak brin water that they use on The roads don't have toxic chemicals that cause cancer like benzene that the fractal brin has in it.

You people dont talk about brine or the oil field unless you know about it. Obviously most of you don't. What do you think they put on the roads for winter. BRINE and do you think it stays right on the road. It also runs off the road into yards, etc. Mr. Armstrong didn't do anything that hasn't been done by other oil companies. And there are plenty of*****oil companies in the area. He just got caught.. To bad for Mr. Armstrong. He is a small business man trying to make a living and between nosey people and media, he can't get a break. As for you people that have to comment on everything, get your facts straight before you shoot your mouth of about oil and oil byproductx. By the way, how much gasoline have you split on the grounnd filling your cars and mowers and not called the EPA.

The oil/gas companies dump as much toxic waste as they can get away with till they get caught.
