Prison will do nothing to change this guys behavior. He's a sociopath (look it up). The only thing prison does is get this guy out of our area for a short time. And at what cost. In some countries a burglar loses a hand. Maybe that is a more fitting punishment.

4 years and possible early release??? Make him serve the sentences consecutively and set a tone or at least give him the 8.
I don't want to hear about how "this was his first adult offense" when he has a laundry list of juvenile offenses which shockingly included breaking and entering.

Prison is a waste of time and only makes better criminals.The Judge should make them do community service till their in there 50's.
