sorry correction on last post should have been losses not loses. bad behavior or language from anyone, players or coaches. My only comment to that is, Mr Nichols are you sure you want to open that can of worms? You would have to apply this to everyone, which it currently should, but doesn't. We need more coaches and teachers like Coach Schob. He taught my son more then football, he taught him what it means to do the right thing regardless, and how to let your faith lead you. For some of the young men that play football this might be the only positive role model they have.

I hope that Coach Schob doesn't regret coming to Warren. Coach Schob brings more then football to the kids that play. Mr. Allen and Mr. Nichols voted against renewing Coach Schob's contract based on records trending down. There are several things that need to be considered not only records. One would be building a program. When building a program you don't only look at wins and loses but the number of kids in the program. In years past we didn't have enough kids to field a Freshman, Junior Varsity and Varsity team. We do now! One should also look at the competion. Folks we aren't playing in the TVC. Debbie West mentioned that "Being mentors and supporting student-athletes on and off the field or court are important as well". To often people forget this, Coach Schob brings exactly that to each and every player. I know this first hand. Mr Nichols also made a comment regarding an assistant coach having mannerisms and language that weren't appropriate. I do not condo

Good luck Schob. Smart move. Things will get better. You have athletes and a program that will work hard to accomplish goals.

Set the standards high and procedd.

We are behind you. Some never are behind anything except the "time".

Things should run better without coach Leffingwell calling the plays. Hopefully Andy can break the puppet strings and run the program his way now.

LOL Murphy77! A 3-2 vote to renew his contract is hardly a sign of support from the parents and the BOE. Healthy! :-D

This coach is one first class guy. He was smart enough to get away from Marietta parents and into a healthier district. His only interest is taking care of kids.
