Not being morbid or anything, but if this child died in a car accident, his name would have been published. God bless this child and his family.

Why aren't charges being pursed against the child's 'care-giver' the same as they were against the Belpre couple that lost their daughter in a fire? AND JUSTICE FOR ALL?

"WOW...baby dies over a snack." YEP! The Jackson family of Belpre faced charges and jailtime for the death of their daughter in a fire. Maybe the Washington County Prosecutor could let us know any intoxication results of the man that 'was supposed to be watching' this child.

Kunectdots- All I am reading is that it is still being investigated, who says no charges are being filed?

All I want to add is that I have a friend whose child died the same way. She left him for a moment to answer the phone. He was in a little seat made specifically to keep a child upright in a bathtub, but he managed to tip it over and breathed in water. He was also taken to the hospital where he died. No charges were filed because it was an ACCIDENT. No charges should be filed against anyone in an accidental death - the guilt they feel is more than any sentence the courts could hand down. My condolences to this family.
